NY Islanders, and Everyone’s Hopes

In the recent years, despite having different General Managers, the NY Islanders have had a series of good names go through thier ranks. The problem being that they traded them away and got very little if anything worthwhile in return. Everyone is hoping now that, with John Tavares going first in the draft, that their fortunes are going to magically turn around. Based on what we know from the past, be careful about pinning your hopes to idiots. For the sake of this franchise, someone needs to figure it out once and for all.
